Logging in to cPanel

To manage your Cloud4You hosting service, use the Cloud4You Customer Panel and SSO login.

Go to:

https://panel.cloud4you.pl

Log in to the Cloud4You Customer Panel.

Then:

  1. go to your services,
  2. select the appropriate hosting service,
  3. use the cPanel login option,
  4. you will be redirected to cPanel through SSO.

You do not need to remember a separate cPanel password

The recommended access method is to log in through the Cloud4You Customer Panel.

With SSO, you are taken directly to the correct hosting account.

cPanel address

The cPanel service address is:

https://cpanel.cloud4you.pl

In practice, however, the most convenient method is to use:

https://panel.cloud4you.pl

and access cPanel through SSO.

What is SSO?

SSO, or Single Sign-On, allows you to log in to cPanel without entering separate credentials for cPanel itself.

The process looks like this:

Cloud4You Customer Panel
        ↓
selected hosting service
        ↓

        ↓

How to check whether you are using the correct account

After logging in to cPanel, check:

  • the primary domain name,
  • the cPanel username,
  • storage usage,
  • visible domains,
  • visible email accounts.

If you manage several hosting services, make sure you are logged in to the correct service.

Check the account before making changes

If you have several services, before deleting files, changing PHP, creating mailboxes, or modifying a domain, make sure you are logged in to the correct cPanel account.

Logging out

When you finish working, use the logout option in the upper-right corner of cPanel.

This is especially important on:

  • shared computers,
  • service computers,
  • devices used by more than one person.

Problem logging in to the Customer Panel

If you cannot log in to:

https://panel.cloud4you.pl

check:

  1. whether you are using the correct email address or login,
  2. whether the password is correct,
  3. whether the browser is using outdated credentials saved in the password manager,
  4. whether the account has been locked,
  5. whether the problem also occurs in a private browsing window.

If you still cannot log in, contact Cloud4You Support.

Problem with SSO access to cPanel

If you can log in to the Customer Panel but cannot open cPanel:

  1. log out of the Customer Panel,
  2. close all open cPanel tabs,
  3. log in again,
  4. select the correct service,
  5. use the cPanel login option again.

You can also try using a private browsing window.

Login loop or return to the Customer Panel

If clicking the cPanel login option returns you to the Customer Panel or causes a redirect loop:

  • clear cookies for panel.cloud4you.pl,
  • clear cookies for cpanel.cloud4you.pl,
  • try again in private browsing mode,
  • check whether your browser is blocking cookies required for login.

403 error or no access

If you see:

403 Forbidden

or a message indicating insufficient permissions, make sure that:

  • you are logged in to the correct customer account,
  • the selected hosting service is active,
  • you have permission to manage that service.

If the problem persists, report it to Cloud4You Support.

Can I share cPanel access with another person?

We do not recommend sharing your own Customer Panel access with third parties.

If a website administrator, developer, or external company only needs access to specific resources, it is better to use an appropriate mechanism, for example:

  • a separate FTP account,
  • a separate email account,
  • separate access to the application,
  • access limited to specific files or services.

Do not share your main account unless necessary

A person with access to the Customer Panel or full cPanel account may gain access to many parts of the service, not only website files.

Login security

Always verify the website address when logging in.

Customer Panel:

https://panel.cloud4you.pl

cPanel:

https://cpanel.cloud4you.pl

Do not enter your credentials on websites with similar but different domain names.

What next?

After logging in, you can manage:

  • domains,
  • files,
  • FTP,
  • PHP,
  • email,
  • SSL certificates,
  • HTTPS redirects.

If you are configuring a new domain, the next step is the Domains section.
